I went to NTB in Virginia Beach this morning. I did not get a receipt and was told they dont give a receipt. I had to call to find out that my car was ready for pick up. Went during my lunch time to pick my car up and waited 16 mins before anyone would come to assist me. Then they didn't know where my key was. My tire was repaired but I was told I would have to drive my car for a while before the tire light will reset. DON'T waste you time or money going there. I had to take my car to Mercedes Benz to get it properly fixed. Thank God they didn't charge my again. Lesson well learnt.
First time coming to the NTB location on wendover in Greensboro my experience was awesome Kevin the manager very helpful knowledgeable overall a great person he takes his job very serious and genuinely cares about his customers my technician was Matt he did a great job took his time and made sure everything was correct
I was traveling on the highway and had a blowout, I reached out to several tire companies within a 20-mile radius, unfortunately none of them had the specific tire that I needed, NTB was the only one. I was told that I had to purchase all four, that because of the particulars of this tire an individual could not be sold. The man who towed my vehicle was with me during this conversation, he was shocked and said he never heard such a thing, the salesman actually said to me, well we have what you need to get yourself home. I was an unfortunate situation it was becoming dusk and I still had several hours to my destination. I had no choice but to buy all four tires which cost me over $500! my original tires Continentals,which are very good tires and pricey ones at that, had less than 20,000 miles. I wrote a review on Google and customer service from corporate reached out to me I explained the situation and he did tell me that no one is forced to purchase and he's sorry for the situation, but due to the fact that it was past the 30 days there's nothing that can be done. (I wrote the review 10 days too late) Single women driving, please be aware of being forced to spend money that you do not have to, at this location.. Bridgeport West Virginia, Meadow Brooke Mall
My daughter called up NTB to get an estimate and was advised to bring the car in and they would price match. NTB did not diagnose the car but instead took it upon themselves to replace the front axles because my daughter told them she thinks that is where the clicking sound is coming from, according to the shop manager. A trained mechanic taking the advice of a college kid, go figure. Mind you, the car was taken to Hyundai a week prior and she was told that it was a steering column issue and gave her a price for the repair. The only reason she went to NTB was because she was duped into believing they would do a better job. After the "repairs" the problem was still there and the mechanic obviously knew this when he drove the car out of the bay. When my daughter brought it to his attention he told her to drive it around for a few days to see if it would go away. Obviously a ploy to shuffle her out the door after the payment was made. I promptly called the store and they said they would refund her the labor cost but not the parts and that in order to check the steering column; it would require the removal of the airbag and they are not authorized to do so. At that point they should have released the car. Now she has to take it back to the dealer to fix the actual problem. I told a buddy of mine the story and his experience was almost the same. Shame on this company.
THE Winchester, Va location is not trust worthy. You go into get tires. They come up with all these things wrong with your vechile(especially women). Then they add on warranty you didn't ask for the that can't be canceled. Not to mention I took my vechile in to have my tires rotated and a nail remove and plugged. Once the job was syppose to be completed. I walked around the vechile to inspect the work abd low and behold the same tire that had the nail still had the nail. But all the time my invoice stated it had been plugged. When questioned I was told that they did the rotation abs plugged. Yet all in the same breathe the worker started he didn't know how he missed it. But prior he stated that he helped him to rotate them so they could get the next customer in because she had another appointment. Then he wanted me to miss work again the next day and come back so they could fix. Mind you I spent almost 2 hours there yesterday. Needless to say I won't ever use NTB WINCHESTER FOR MY TIRE NEEDS! BUYERS BEWARE AND STAY AWAY! If I could give a rating of 0 I would.
I've had all my vehicles serviced by NT&B. Rotations, rebalances and alignments performed perfectly. Smooth and straight ride each time.
I got my tires based on the recommendations of the store manager. I got their brand MESA. What a mistake! You get what you pay for.
Personnel is in Lala Land.
The tires were bumpy and vibrating all the time. Called customer service in Florida and heard the insensitive Joe on the other line. NTB is a deceiving name.
Never step a foot in their stores again.
If there was a rating below 1, I would gave them (-5)
